Salford City vs Stockport County - live updates

Salford City begin their play-off campaign this evening, as they face Stockport County in the first leg of the semi-final.

Neil Wood's side come into tonight's fixture having won three from their last five games in the regular season, but they come up against a tough Stockport side who haven't lost since mid-February,

Both sides have experience playing under the Wembley arch in play-off finals, with Salford being promoted to the EFL in 2019 and Stockport winning the play-offs from League Two in 2008.

Dave Challinor's County came out on top over the two games in the regular season, winning at Salford in October before the sides drew at Edgeley Park back in March.
