Looking ahead to Salford City vs AFC Wimbledon

A sunny day at the Peninsula stadium made for a nice viewing between Salford City and AFC Wimbledon for the 3pm kickoff.

AFC Wimbledon coming off the back of a strong performance, despite the loss against the Magpies in the cup, will look to clinch the 3 points here to potentially bump them up to 6th.

Despite them being in form the Dons have not scored away from home since their win at Cheltenham in August. Salford however will be looking to capitalize on the home advantage and clinch another win at home as they did against Cheltenham.

Despite the past two times these teams have met in this identical fixture have resulted in a goalless draw, Salford have made an attacking change bringing on Cole Stockton who they are hoping to provide them with a threat in front of goal.
